When creating a database, the system also creates a user account. Perform the following steps to create a user:
- Go to Tools → Databases → Users → Add.
- Select a User that will work with the database. Or you can "Create a new user" and enter its Username and Password.
Remote access — check the box to allow the user to access the database from a remote computer. Provide the List of IP address that will be allowed to access the database. For more information please refer to the article.
Enable this option for all users if you use alternative MySQL versions on CentOS 7.
- Enable the options for the operators that the user can use for database requests.
- Click Ok.
